All media on this site must not be spread, changed, or adapted without the permission of the authors.

In case you register at for the conference, we store the data you have sent us up to three years after the conference. After this period, your data will be deleted.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

You remain the control on your data. At any time, you can demand changing or deleting your data by contacting us. We will immediately follow your request as long as other laws, e.g., ones that specify a minimal storage time, are not opposing this action.
